lucid image
I have been asked by a small (22 room) independently run inn to take some pictures of their rooms for website and brochure usage. I will be shooting digital and giving them a disc with high res files and letting them have outright usage from there on in, unless, of course, they need, or want any prints made. My question is what to charge (lower range, as it is small town, lower market value), how to display the final product and how to breakdown the charges for billing. Any help would be appreciated. lucid image
Just curious, what range are you looking for for day rate and post-processing for a job like this. I am primarily a portrait photographer and pricing for jobs like this is not something I specialize in. I know what I think a job is worth , but I wondered what the market is asking. I need help! digidurst
Hey Sean, try looking at the pricing tables on the D-65 website (http://www.d-65.com/ photographers.html) or you could investigate this software called 'fotoquote'. Good luck :-) p.s. Sent you an email about the hot shoe thingie
mikecat
I contributed an answer (actually two) to a very similar question last year. Here's the link:

http://www.photo.net/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg?msg_id=0082pO

It's a bit wordy, but I hope it helps.
--Mike
