stefan1
I need a little help with making internegatives and I can't seem tofind what I'm looking for... I'm sure it's out there so a link may beall I need. I want to make contact interpositives of 8x10 film. In my applicationthe image I want is already present in the existing negative, but Iwant a way to make contact prints from it. Here is what I plan to do -please let me know if you spot problems: Contact print a film positiveby putting the emulsion side from the existing 8x10 neg to theemulsion side to same size sheet film. Expose very lightly! What I amunsure about is whether a regular enlarger can be used for thiswithout neutral density filters and what have you. Is specialequipment used for the exposure? Thanks in advance -S
art_haykin
I've used enlargers for this very thing, but you may have to raise it up quite high and/or stop down the lens, depending on its brightness. It's just common sense.
stefan1
Fair enough. I'm just trying to avoid burning through too much film and time just getting an exposure somewhere near the proverbial ballpark.
