UNABLE TO RENEW SUBSCRIPTION

This SHOULD be the best organized, automatic, immediate, user-friendly page.....that is, IF PN WHISES TO CONTINUE HAVING MEMBERS. I have repeatedly and unsuccessfully tried to renew my membership, with no success.....only frustration on the "RENEWAL PAGE". In essence, it implies PN does not want members to continue being members????????????????

Click on the PN Logo upper left then Join us. Probably take you where you need to go.

I have had the same issue with the renew subscription dialogue box, it appears to hang when pressing the 'renew subscription' button. I have repeatedly tried to renew to no avail.

it is possible your pop up blocker prevents the window from opening. Does the window open?

I just tried to renew/subscribe on my ipad. The window to enter credit card information opened but submitting the information did not work (tried two different browsers). On my desktop, despite adblock plus active and PN not whitelisted, no problem submitting the information.

The window opens and I fill the required fields, however when I click the 'renew subscription button' nothing happens and the dialogue box remains open. I have attempted this on IOS as well as on my desk top OS and neither one works.
