jordan_w.
I recently bought an expired 100' roll of Ilford XP2 Super and had been despairing of finding a way to have non-pro labs process the film without making a fuss at the 'plain-black' home-labelled cartridges. Lo and behold, when I opened the film box (in the changing bag) a thin ribbon of labels fell out -- these turned out to be about 25 pre-printed Ilford XP2 Super labels, complete with all the standard logos, of a perfect size for sticking onto plain black cartridges. Makes them look very professional and difficult to distinguish from the real thing (at a quick glance). It would be fabulous if all 100' rolls came with these types of labels -- especially C-41 and E-6 process films that are not likely to be developed at home, though they'd be useful for conventional B&W too. Anyone know of other film brands or lines that include nice pre-printed labels?
tonghang_zhou
This is nice to know. I assume the labels also have the DX coding. I see it makes a lot of sense for C41 process film. <p> What other C41 or E6 bulk film come with labels? Any one has something to say? May be this thread can become a searchable list of such films.
