Spearhead
If you do have to re-install, you don't use product keys, Nik/Google doesn't use them anymore. If you didn't get a personalized download URL after the Google acquisition, you need to email Google for the new download URL. Once you have that URL, you should save it as it seems to be permanent.
Music and Portraits Blog: Life in Portugal
peter_cohen
Lupo is correct. Just go to your previous install's plug-in folder and drag (or copy) the content to the CC 2014 plug-in folder. Restart PS and you should be good to go.
ellis_vener_photography
Following up on Lupo and Peter's comment: that is exactly what I did just after migrating from PsCC to PsCC2014 when the latter was released. The plug-in was a product Andrew is very familiar with, PhotoKit Sharpener. The first time I went to use it, it confirmed my serial number/product key and I was good to go. DavidRabinowitz
what I did find is that I could move Topaz Labs Plug in from the CC plug in folder to the CC2014 folder but the NIK filters (Nik Color Efex and BW-all the lates version) were not located in the plug in for CC...when I tried to move them to the CC2014 plug in folder it didn't work...as I'm writing this I realize that it wouldn't work so I'll take the NIK folder and move it to CC2014...if it works I'll report it...ok, it did not...i guess I have to go to NIK and obtain the URL...
LineMartel
You have to email Google to get a link to re-Download Nik. They do not use product keys anymore... I emailed them and received the link within hours...
