hjoseph7
The Pentax K5 II is actually smaller than Canon's EOS mirrorless R camera, but not by much. So much for the size factor... Edited September 27, 2022 by hjoseph7
AJG
I'm a happy Pentax DSLR user, but you're comparing an APSC format camera with a full frame mirrorless. My Pentax K-1 is a lot bigger than my K-5 and it weighs a lot more as well. What I find amusing is small mirrorless bodies with huge, heavy lenses attached. I know that current lenses are better corrected and sharper than most lenses from the past, but going mirrorless to save size and weight doesn't seem to work out for many photographers by the time they add the newer bigger and heavier lenses that many of them do.
