  1. This is the additional weekly image thread for the Nature Forum. While images posted to this thread should still be nature in theme, it may contain a small amount of human-made objects and therefore less restricted than the Monday in Nature threads.   2. A true bug: the Leaf-footed Bug. Thankfully, it was not the kissing bug which spreads Chagas disease. This one only like plants. The body was about 2cm long. It was on a window lit primarily from underneath.

    Deliberately Invasive - Yellow Crowned Night Heron imported to replace the extinct Bermudian variety in order to control land crabs - did the trick!
