  16. I've put a couple of films through my newly-acquired Olympus OM-4 and here are some samples. Using a couple of the lenses that came with the camera, the first three are from the 35-105mm Zuiko f/3.5-4.5, a lens that has impressed me greatly. The second three are from a 28-80mm Tamron Adaptall II SP f/3.5-4.5, an old favourite of mine. The film was Kentmere 100 developed in PMK Pyro.

  17. I have been feeling quite uninspired since this past off-season ie Winter. Cameras and film are what you make them.. and I've been MIA. I recently shot a roll through a Yashica FX2 was for the most part under exposed. I had the usually excellent 28mm ML. I was less than superb. Some years back I broke my 6x7 Graphic Roll film back I probably could've adapted the first replacement I bought if I wanted to switch to flat screws that hold the "springs" for the Spring Back. I did find a reasonably priced early version rollfilm back at Xmas and had it shipped by my sister. So it performed as expectecd so these later three pics are with the "Baby" Speed Graphic with an 4.5 Optar. The 35mm was Agfa APX100 and the 120 is Fomopan 100 both done D76 1:1 no post processing straight scans.

Bannana and Pears Tannen Branches 28mm ML

Despite the "Glitch" one of the few reasonable exposures on the roll. Others suffered in lack of shadow detail and skies too contrasty.. ugly I need to do better!

Baby Speed Graphic 2x3 .This came off better than I expected I might be wide open. This was hand-held and focussed with the Kalart RF . Do click the full size

Kunst Akademie I've probably post this view before.

  18. To keep things moving, here are a few from the Olympus OM-4 using one of the other lenses that came with the collection I acquired, the 135mm Olympus E.Zuiko Auto-T f/3.5. I took a walk with the lens yesterday afternoon and I'm delighted by it's performance. 135mm seems to be rather a forgotten focal length these days, but it's one I've always felt at home with on the 35mm format, and this little lens ranks among the better examples of the genre in my collection.

The film was Ilford Delta 400 developed in PMK Pyro.
