john_charles_samphier
Greetings all.I recently purchased a HP Designjet 10PS printer which came with CD's suitablefor use with an Apple computer, but nothing for a PC.I have tried downloading a driver from HP, but their site only keeps you goingaround in circles. I tried phoning them, but got through to a call centre inIndia or someplace, who gave me the name of a supplier to contact. When I didcontact them, they informed me they only sold hardware. I am well and truly fedup with the stupidity on HP's site, so can anyone tell me where I can get a CDor download a driver for this printer, suitable for use on a PC running WindowsXP Pro operating system? If you know the cost of the CD, that would also help.Regards, John Samphier.

thirteenthumbs
Your links go to the Design Jet 110 printer and that may be the problem you are having. Go to HP USA and put 10ps in the search box and hit go and follow the prompts for the printer then software and downloads. Try registering if asked to do so as that may bring up the download page. Not registering will get you a order CD only option. The printer may no longer be supported and that may be the reason for the dead end loop.
Ed_Ingold
I found the driver you need on the HP website in about 4 clicks. (http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=33233&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=33232&swLang=8&taskId=135&swEnvOID=228). All I did was search www.hp.com for "10ps". It took longer to tell you this story than to do it. You are asked to register, but given the option to skip registration. You may get firewall warnings on the https registration page.
Ed_Ingold
It looks like the drivers are only available on CD-ROM, which you can order from HP.
