Darkrooms Montreal!

I'm looking for a B & W darkroom facility to rent in Montreal that's open

during the summer. McGill's got one but its closed till September. Saidye's

closed, Dawson's closed, Con U's closed. Does anyone know anyone with a

private darkroom that they are willing to rent out for a few hours? Any public

ones left? I've asked around, and googled and googled, and found nothing. It's

getting really depressing. Does anyone know of a darkroom/film photo club in

the city that still likes to touch what they create?

There used to be a guy with an ad on LesPAC.com renting his darkroom on the Plateau Mt-

Royal, corner of Mt-Royal and St-Laurent, but I can't seem to find him.

 

Did you try Université de Montréal? They have B&W and color darkroom. As long as you can

submit to their retarded administrative schedule, you should be able to have a spot.

<p>hey! i got a B&W darkroom. nothing fancy but good enough, built it with my dad when i was 17 and still using it lots, its actually pretty well designed and god knows id love to have a partner, really, ive been living in Africa and other places for 10 years, printing all pics myself, and never been back to a public darkroom.. ever.. so i could use the more theoretical influence... open to all at any time, its in my basement in Rosement-Auntsic area.... no charge, as long as you bring your material and spirit ;)</p>
