jdebever
Thursday again.. usual rules. As i mentioned last week, we had us a bit of a storm. 1 tree in the park didn't make it. Storm only lasted a few hours, but trafic got completely blocked by trucks that got blown over, and trains stoped running..
jdebever
So i did stay inside :-) I experimented with a LED pannel 60x60cm as light for product photography. Added 2 small led lights (to get some more light from the front. Big pannel from the top.
jdebever
Reflections of the front liights removed in ps.. The tomato color is not right yet.. the top light gives a bit too orange effect. But a nice first try..and the big pannel was only 30 euros. Trigger_Happy
They say that skin color is a memory color. I would argue that tomatoes are much easier. Skin color is difficult. I enjoy these threads a lot. It would be nice if I could see where everyone lives, I wish that was visible in the pop-up window. Anyway, travelling home I played with my camera on the plane and accidentally set it on .jpgs. It didn't work out at all. 70D, 24mm, however, the camera is not to be blamed for this image.
JRCrowe
Canon 5D MKIV with Sigma 150‑600mm f/5‑6.3 DG OS. Just had the Sigma a week and still working on getting consistently sharp images with it. This one isn't as sharp as I would like and sharpness seems to vary from frame to frame. I'm not sure if I should use the OS or go with a higher shutter speed. Still messing around with my newly installed SSD C drive and Windows 10 on the desk top computer. It's going well but I still have a few programs to reinstall. A few years ago with the Canon SL1. Mark Keefer
Well, hold on to your lens caps. I have the smoking gun. I may have found the set of the faked moon landings right here in Philadelphia and you are seeing it here first in the Photo.net Canon Photo of the week forum. ;) 2 Cheers, Mark
