Donald Harpold
] said Great story. Of course I wasn't old enough to drive the 64' either. The first car I could drive was the 1969 Impala (pictured below in a 126 kodachrome slide). It had the 350 cid engine, 4 barrel carb, and dual exhaust. Kent T
Mike, and all, I deal with Cerebral Palsy, a left hip 1" shorter than my right. Muscle spasms which make taking pictures challenging, and as unpredictable as a bucking bull. A big reason why I stayed with manual, mechanical cameras and learned manual exposures with precision. And I embrace the hybrid workflow (scanned images, and I prefer on the whole to not manipulate them much in digital). I strive to learn from my mistakes new and old. When I need a given shutter speed, lesser is not an option. I hop around some of the time, push chairs some of the time, and also ride bicycles with a brace some of the time Edited June 27, 2021 by Kent T
Mike Gammill
Yes, Donald, that is indeed a Gossen Luna Pro. My dad used it with his Mamiya C33 from time to time as well as his Crown Graphic. I may still have that meter in a box somewhere, ] I'm glad you're able to use manual cameras. I look forward to seeing what you produce with that Minolta SRT 201.

Just to show other members what these great early Minolta AF lenses look like, here's a selection of my favourites. In my opinion they're among the best in their class in terms of construction, performance and sheer good looks. Left to right there's the 28-85mm f/3.5-4.5, the 100-200mm f/4.5, the 70-210mm "Beercan" f/4, the 35-70mm f/4 and the 35-105mm f/3.5-4.5 Edited June 27, 2021 by rick_drawbridge
