Spaces between sentences, paragraphs, etc.

Glenn, et.al. : Although I suspect the topic of this thread may be considered the proverbial dead horse, after commenting on the current POTW, I felt I had to beat it one more time. Upon reading and proofing my comments, I felt I had written a very long run-on sentence. There have been quite a few occasions when I wanted to separate paragraphs and obviously could not do so.

 

If the designers and implementers of this site were able to include a mechanism for editing comments before saving them, why in the bloody blazes can't you guys handle the issue I just mentioned.

I second Michael's grumpiness. For a while spaces could be added via 'Edit' but for the last few weeks, that has not worked.

I've resorted to copying my posted text, opening a text editor or such, pasting, edit as needed, copy, go back to the thread and paste over my original text.
