Matt Laur
Important: please keep your image under 1000 pixels on the longest side for in-line viewing, and please keep the FILE SIZE UNDER 300kb. Note that this includes photos hosted off-site (at Flickr, Photobucket, your own site, etc). Are you new to this thread? The general guidelines for these Wednesday threads are right here:http://www.photo.net/nikon-camera-forum/00W7km. This forum's moderators are allowing up to three Nikon Wednesday images per week, so share some work! Week 16, and the spring cycle of things progresses at a pace that seems faster than when I was young. I think that might be a larger topic! But this week, which has been gray and wet, the local azaleas really put on a show, but had most of their decorations reduced to a flowery puddle by yet another rain storm. Still, they make things pretty for another day or two. Hope to see some enjoyable outdoorsy stuff from the Nikon crowd ... or, whatever's interesting! Just share some photos, it's Nikon Wednesday! D810 at ISO 800 and 1/125th with a 70-200/2.8 at f/2.8 and 102mm.

bob_bill
WWII shoot on an actual merchant ship. Ambient only. Shot seemed appropriate for a war bond poster. Wording from an actual poster.
