bryce_robinson
Hello,
Good morning, Good day and if I don't see you later; Good evening and Goodnight.
I'm better at these things in person than online. Obviously new to photo.net. I am currently an Amateur (I don't even think "Photographer" should be added to the end of that) simply looking to be better at what I enjoy. I'm a fan of Nature photography and enjoy my attempts at capturing the Norther Lights (though not a fan of the -°s at which I tend find them). But am still trying to find the niche I enjoy the most.
I'm still using my starter Nikon D3300 with the standard 18-55mm and 55-200mm lenses and I just acquired a 35mm Prime as well. I look forward to meeting new people, learning in as much as I can and sharing my experiences along the way.

Thank you!

Hector Javkin
Welcome to photo.net. You are certainly a photographer, and live in a beautiful place to photograph. If you wanted, you could begin your participation by contributing to a recently posted thread.

My knowledge of your state is outdated, from the last century, when I stayed with friends in Talkeetna who owned a tiny weekly paper (the Susitna Valley Chronicle, which I don't think exists anymore.) To give my overworked friends a break, I did a bit of everything on the paper, including writing an editorial, clearing a clogged toilet and, of course, photography. I met a few mushers, including one who was well-known, Colonel Norman Vaughn. Good memories.
