<p>You do get a great variety of birds. My neighbor's feeder gets mostly just the usual suburban species, but I have a red-shouldered hawk who is also attracted to the vicinity. ;) Always enjoy your images.</p>

<p>On the FDn 400 I'm always fighting early morning low light with as much aperture as I can and of course that cuts DoF down critically and shutter speed is usually still to low for crisp results...was fortunate to have this Hermit Thrush land and pose for a minute in better mid-day light, so F8 and a reasonable shutter speed got some decent detail.</p>
