havanai
I am thinking of taking two consecutive workshops from George DeWolfe through the Santa Fe Workshops. One is on creative vision and it's called "Authenticity" and the other is on black-and-white printing. Has anyone taken a workshop from Mr. DeWolfe? Good? Bad?
ellis_vener_photography
He's a fine teacher and photographer, that's a rare combination in my experience. For creative vision I'd lean towards taking one of Arthur Meyerson's or Sean Kernan's workshops. I believe both teach atSanta Fe Workshops. You might also consider one of Jay Maisel's workshops: http://www.jaymaisel.com
havanai
Big "thank you" Ellis. I looked at both Meyerson's and Kernan's web-sites and they would both be good choices. Unfortunately I didn't find a match in terms of dates and locations. But I will keep pursuing them.
ellis_vener_photography
You are most welcome. I seriously advise you take a look at Maisel's workshop. Arthur, Sean and likely DeWolfe will tell you the same thing.
