<p>A calm scene, but not a calm time - for during this session last week the camera electrics started behaving badly, and so it is now with Nikon.</p><div></div>

<p>Good morning to all and such Great shots this morning. They are such an inspiration to me. I can't wait to wake up on Wednesday morning just to be enlightened. <br>

My shot was taken yesterday after all our beautiful snow melted in the 56 degree warmth. Felt like Spring. A couple of old outbuildings on some property in Holmes county Ohio I call "The Test of Time". </p><div></div>

<p>Grevy's Zebra at the Detroit Zoo. This is the largest of the three zebra species. It's endangered—there are thought to be fewer than 1,000 left in the world.</p>

<p>Greetings from the depths of northern Ontario.<br>

We think we have discovered a new species.....<br /> The Shirt Shark<br /> It is land dwelling and appears to be nocturnal.<br /> We know little about it other than that it has very sharp teeth and a bite radius about the same as that of a Corgi. They may travel in pairs.</p><div></div>

<p>Nothing so peaceful as a bit of nostalgia; when trains ran on steam, nobody had a care in the world, and you could leave your luggage and bicycle unattended. Them were the days (what never was).<br>

Taken at a preserved steam railway a few months ago.</p>
