mikeoday
Hi Guys
Have I got this right? Does selecting "no nudes" in a gallery search also filter out images submitted to "fine arts"? (It seems to be doing so at the moment anyway.) If it does, is this a bug or a feature?
Cheers
Mike
aldrich
Mike,

I don't know for sure, but many, many people here put images depicting at least minor nudity as "fine art." I myself was showing my nephew the site a few months back under No Nudes and sure enough, breasts everywhere under "fine art." People really need to be careful about where they categorize.

IMHO, any part of any image depicting what are considered to be "private parts" should be considered "nude," regardless of any amount of post-processing done or fine-art effect given to the image.

--Ryan
andylynn
"Fine art" photos must contain either a nude or a bicycle. In my experience the nudes are much more common. So yes, "no nudes" would filter out a majority of fine art photos, whether or not it's actually set up that way.
joshroot
Yes. "no nudes" filters out the Fine Art category as well as the Nude category. This is for the exact fact that the posts above have discussed, there are nude images that are submitted under Fine Art.
