User_276104
As I was reluctantly leaving Zion National Park on Friday, I caught this interview with nature photographer John Telford on BYU radio. It was quite fitting to hear him discuss his work and days spent with Ansel Adams after a wonderful visit to Zion. http://www.byuradio.org/thinkingaloud/ One little side note - on Thanksgiving Day it was pouring rain. Even though it put a damper on photography, it was quite something to see the rain-induced waterfalls. Some were coming from the tops of the canyon walls (Yosemite-esque), and in the east side of the park some of them looked like water park slides. Quite a change from hiking in 105 degree heat when I last visited in 2000!
