    What I find interesting about this shot is... it was done at ISO 1600, hand-held indoors (window light) using IS at f/2.8 - 1/15 second. The IS did a good job of helping me steady the lens at 200mm. Furthermore, this is from a 50D. The raw is pretty noisy but modern noise reduction algorithms clean it up nicely.
