Sandy, thanks for the reply. If this is just normal because the site is volunteer run, then I can live with it. I just couldn’t figure it out. Do you know why the contact@photo.net bounces?

My week old account is still "pending approval" and I cannot make any of my photos public. There is a "contact support" link that brings up a blank page on my computer but brings up a fillable contact form on my iPad that I filled out but got no response. On my IPad you can contact them directly at "contact@photo.net" I have tried 3 times on different days and get "Your message wasn't delivered to contact@photo.net because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." What is going on? Is this a site run solely by a computer? I don't want to commit to putting all my portfolios here because if something goes wrong, I seem to have no recourse. It's a shame really, because I like how this site is organized and the balance between good photographs and a good community. I especially like that you can ask for and give feedback. Before I give up, can anyone help?

I'm having the same problem Created an account a week ago, all my photos except one are private and can't be made public and I'm still awaiting approval. patience is a virtue I guess
