I love the hazy watercolor feel coupled with the bright and vivid colors of this shot. Part of me would like to know exactly what the subject is, but the other part of me is content with what I am presented.

Very interesting. The model seated alone with her almost aloof expression contrasts nicely with the pair seated on the sofa chatting and laughing - almost as if they're talking about her behind her back. I wouldn't ask for more light in this [leaving the single model 'in the dark' adds to her solitude] but it does make her less of the subject and the pair more so.
The main thing I'd change if there was a way is to remove the clutter. I can see the shoulder of someone seated beyond the pair. I'd either include them or try to find a way to remove them, but cropping would definately hurt this photo. As well, there seems to be some reflection in the seat of the chair in the foreground. At first, I thought it was an out of focus object, but after further examination, came upon the truth. It's distracting more than anything.

I echo the past statements of this being a great catch. Part of me though wants to see what she's looking at and not the reflection of the streetlife behind her. Just a personal taste. Other than that, love it.

I agree with Jennifer, a tripod would go miles to correct this. You can see a bit of camera shake primarily in the middle of the cluster and a bit a waver in the spires.

Something about this shot bothers me. It might be in the composition
as the subject has too much head room or what settings I used
[unforutnately, I took no notes so I have no idea what they were].
I do however like the lighting effect that was acheived by the gelled
lights and smoke in the room as well as the very lucky pose the
singer was captured in. Any comments or recommendations are
appreciated.

I have to agree. If you end up losing the hand, or any part of it, you'll lose the line, and the window itself isn't distracting at all.

Gorgeous macro shot. Very sharp with brilliant colors.
Wouldn't change a thing.
