Yes, I do have a polarizer on at that time. Together with the very vibrant Fiji Velvia and the very blue sky that day, that's the end result that I've got. Initially I thought the blue contrast pretty well with the red rocks. I does see your point in cropping out the right side and it does looks nice that way. :)

What do you think of this photo? Does the foreground looks too untidy

or that you will prefer the 'mess' left behind by nature? And will

you have increase the amount of exposure to lighten up the shadow

areas in the foreground?

What do you think of the composition of the photo? Does it looks too

plain and uninteresting?

Should I increase the exposure slightly to bring out a little more

Do you think the trees are too cluttered in the photo?

Somehow, I think the exposure isn't quite up to the mark. Perhaps the

photo might have come out better if I have taken this photo in the

early morning or the late evening.

Shot was taken in the morning around 10am. As the surrounding was very dark, a tripod was used for the long exposure. Recommendation from most people that the 'best' time to take the photo will be around noon where the canyon wall are better lit.
