I sincerely appreciate all the input from you fine folks, i was truly stumped but now see what ive got and yes the tape is broke lose but is there.......ill start the search tomorrow for a repair shop or may post it " as is" depending, thanks again to all you fine folks!

Yep thats exactely the camera and the winder it has, the problem is the trigger finger part is broken off and missing and there is no other base for it..... Im not looking to make a killing on this thing, really would like to see it go to someone who really appreciates the quality and the Leica at a reasonable price, tomorrow ill hunt for a reputable repair shop and weigh cost to repair vs. what itll then be worth or do i fire sale it as is.. Thanks for all the help!

After looking closer with my limited knowledge it is a winder of sort, it appears to need some repair. Anyone recommend a good repair, sales or buyer in Arkansas

Please excuse my poor skills, hope these help the little boxes have a Kodak adapter ring, a Wratten filter and what ever that white round piece is.
