<p>Hi, I am new to SL2 and this forum. I recently purchased an SL2 but he shutter button cannot be decompressed. I could still wind the lever and it will spring back to the original position. Is there some sort of lock to prevent false release ? I couldn't find that in the manual. I also wound the timer and of course it didn't move since the shutter couldn't fire. I have tried opening the case and manually push the film roller but that didn't do anything either. The camera does not have a battery inside but I guess that should not matter. Tried using a pin to press onto the remote release hole but that didn't work either. Thanks in advance</p>
