1.
Thanks for the words of wisdom and encouragement William W! Alan Klein I am not home to upload pics, but will as soon as I can. Thanks again guys!

 2.
Thank you William W. That is very good advice and great information that I will definitely put into action going forward! I really appreciate the feedback from all of you!
I actually had several of the pics printed out today at a one hour lab, just so I could see and verify the print/color quality and compare to my monitor. They are almost exact. Very clear and vibrant, which made me feel a bit better about the quality. Still kind of upset about the client feedback though. :-(

 3.
The monitor I do my edits on with Photoshop Elements is calibrated. I can't remember what viewing software I use when viewing pics in general on my computer. The issue is the client said she is a bit dissatisfied in the pictures/color quality I provided, which prompted my question. This is the first complaint I have had from any photo session.

 4.
Not sure how to make this make sense. My concern is the differences in monitor calibrations. Say what I am seeing during my edits and finalized photos on my end are bright clear crisp pictures, but say the photos may not look the same on the client’s computers. The clients may see a dull less vibrant set of pictures on their home computer. Is this a concern I should have, and if so, is there a way to remedy any color/viewing differences?

Thank you!

 5.
Thanks alot for all the feedback. It was very helpful and I appreciate it!! I just upgraded my photo hosting site so that customers may print their pics if wanted, I assume file size makes a difference here as well?

 6.
I currently give all edited photos back to my clients in digital format such as a thumb drive, and the clients do their own printing. I edit NEF photos in Photoshop Elements 14 and save as JPG files. Which Image Quality should I save as? Quality 12 saves as large files usually at least 20MP, Quality 10 saves maybe 9MP, and Quality 8 is usually around 3MP. Is it better to deliver final pics at at 15 to 20MP or smaller file sizes?
Thank you!
