  1. <p>As many of the responses here have already said, a fast lens isn't important for a wide angle lens, especially for landscape. If you need a steady shot in low light, you can use a tripod.   2. <p>The Tokina 12-24 is a decent lens especially for the price. Even though it's only a mm difference, going to 11mm will actually seem too wide for some.
