Excellent depth of field strengthened by the misty atmosphere. Additionally, there is a fine contrast between the strict clean trees in the foreground and the "chaotic" background. Very nice B&W image. Regards Lars

At first I thought of a double exposure. Then I realized that the illusion was constituted by the structure and the discoloration of the sufface. Whenever I look at the image I seem to see a face  or fragment of a face behind a veil. However, as Herman mentions the small glimse of the world behind brings you back to reality. I like the simplicity, the subdued tone and the creativity behind this image. /Lars

Hej Peder. Unægteligt et dystert billede og dragende - ikke kun for det korte kig men også for det lange, for hver lille rude viser sit eget udsnit af en fælles baggrund med meget forskellige udtryk. Det gør det meget interessant at kigge på og gå på opdagelse i. Den bløde toning og de kontrastfyldte indfatninger giver en god dynamik. Måske vignetting er en smule for kraftig, for jeg ville gerne se en anelse mere af de nederste ydre ruder. Mvh Lars

I like the harsh light and contrast in this image. It supports the expression of decay and abandonment.

The Swing is a real swing and is often used by kids in the neighborhood. The special design is due to a project with "Art in public Spaces" in the city where I live, so it is a swing with an artistic touch. We use to call it the Heaven's Swing. I have often tried to shoot this monumental and huge swing but with less success - so far. At the present new towers are build in the area and on that particular morning I was lucky to have a very nice view of the Swing in front and one of the constructions crane in the back - partly covered by the fog. Couple enjoying the warm atmosphere of autumn

Inspired by this photograph I looked through you portfolio and I do like you approach i.e. not overexagerating the brushstrokes and colours. In this particular work you have blurred the moon in a very beautiful way and it correlates perfectly to the title.

And I would like to add the exceptionally fine mirroring in the windows. It provides a nice soft contrast to the wall in focus. Regards Lars

Autumn has come to Lithuania and I have chosen Street as Category as the Bernardine Garden is a public Garden emerging from the street. Don't know where else to put it.
