  1. So if i was to make a print on an enlarger what could i then expect to get in colors?
  2. Ok thanks charles. I just wonder, if one has to do so much ps editing, kind of finding a more or less random color profile for this film in photoshop what is the true expresion of this film? I mean i like to think that scanning and printing a kodak portra 160 is more straight forward
  3. Well .. Ive been scanning the negative with the circus cars on my own scanner set to autolevels and it came out allmost the same as the berliner scans. I guees they scanned the negatives in berlin set to colorcorrection also. So the big question is ..how should this film look when scanned correctly??
  4. Hi . I just took a film and got it developed by jetfoto in berlin and they also printed it. Im really satisfied with the prints , color, grain and all. See attachment. I got home from vacation in berlin with another two films and got a danish lab to develop them thinking i could easily scan them my self and then get the lab to print them. But oh no... I cant seem to get the nice colors in my scans as the ones from berlin. I ve been reading all there is to read on he internet . I scan with a epson v600 set to "no color correction, and as a positive and convert to cmyk i photoshop reducing the magenta with about 25% to get rid of the cyan/green mask, then converting back to rgb and invert the positive but they stiill come out very very grainy and very green still This is a tutorial i found on the internet! I realy like the prints from berlin but i dont know how the heck they scanned them only it looks like they dis and auto color correction ( adox recommend not to do!) but still theres a very faint greenish/bluish cast and dominant red which i like and also i suppose thats how its supposed to turn out but i cant get it right. Anyone have some tips?
