1.
Thanks for your help, everyone! The lens appears to be in fine condition, I need to develop some film I shot after tightening the springs and see if that fixed the problem.

 2.
Ok. I believe the tabs were not putting sufficient pressure on the spools. I guess I won't know till I test another role though, but I'm glad it doesn't appear to be anything more serious. Thanks for your help!

 3.
Hi, thank you for your response! It is definitely the camera and not the scanner, the scans are from contact sheets I made, other sheets made at the same time from 35mm film were fine. The struts look good, they both appear straight and lock when unfolded, and the camera folds and unfolds smoothly. It could be that the film is not taught, I did not confirm this when the film was in the camera. I do not see springs pressing against the spools, do you mean the pieces of metal that press against the spools or should there be actual wire springs that are missing?

 4.
The lens of my Nettar appears to have sharp spots while other spots at the same distance are blurry, and I have no idea what could be causing this, I have attached some pictures of this. I have the 75mm f4.5 in the Velio Shutter.
