New to the site, not that new to photography. I am currently in the process of moving my photography from a hobby to a business as I'm a salesperson first, so combining the two is pure joy for me haha. I am looking to get into photography for real estate agents in my local area due to my large network in that industry. I've done quite a bit of research on wide angle lenses and really can't make up my mind for the life of me on what 3rd party lens to get as the Nikon 10-24mm is out of my range right now.
Currently I am shooting on a Nikon D3300. I got the lens kit 18-55mm and the Nikon 50mm 1.8g that I absolutely love.
I've narrowed it down to the Tamron 10-24mm or the Tokina 11-16mm 2.8 dxii. I am leaning toward the Tokina because from what I've seen its more solid and better sharpness around the edges if I am not mistaken. Also, the 2.8 seems nice to have for interior shots. I don't really know if the extra focal range is necessary. Should I be considering anything else for real estate photography?
Thanks a ton!
