<p>Hi John, thanks for the feedback. As I mentioned, I was just pissed off as the camera is in a VERY good shape and I felt like I ruined it. But obviously from all the responses in here it is minor... which is great!</p>

<p>Hi Paul, so it will only affect the focusing... I think this is a one time thing as it was very dirty. I usually avoid messing sensitive/delicate parts of any gear. But I live in Qatar and I have to rely n myself with some stuff as they are either expensive or non-existent.</p>

Thanks Joseph! That's a relief :) It's a very clean camera, bearly used I think, and I was pissed off damaging it...
