<p>I have two cameras, a Leica M6 and a Nikon FM2. The Leica is clearly a better camera. It is much more expensive, uses better materials, is handmade in Germany, and camera reviewers go gaga over anything Leica. But what is it exactly that makes it better? The Nikon is known for durability, both take good pictures ("it's the photographer not the camera"), and both are manual film cameras.<br> This philosophical meandering probably has no answer but I think it's interesting and entertaining. </p>
