1.
Alright I decided to act and buy some precision screwdrivers. And... I fixed it easily!
Just needed to remove 3 screws + shutter advance lever + rewind knob and as soon as I started lifting up the top plate it got unstuck. I was lucky.
I ordered a GSN in the meantime but I'm still happy because they are complementary RF cameras anyway.
Thanks everyone!

 2.
Here is the last photo I could take with my Yashica before it got broken in Japan:

http://www.mirari.fr/iXfI

 3.
Thanks Gus. That's OK, I will probably keep it. And I don't live in the US so it may be expensive. I managed to get the film out at least!
Maybe one day I'll have the skills to open it up and find a way to fix it.

 4.
Thanks for the replies. Does not seem like an easy fix so I will probably throw it away after trying to remove the film. So stupid it got broken like this just by being in my back pack...

 5.
Hello everyone,
Just came back from a trip to Japan with my Yashica 35CC and I think it got broken in my bag. When I took it off the shutter release button was pressed whereas it was locked... I tried a few things which may have made things worse, like advancing the film advance lever or pushing in the film rewind release button.
So not it looks like this:

Is there anyway I can fix it? If not, can I get the film out (I was halfway in my film).
I would be so sad if it got broken so easily, I love this camera and it is my only film camera.

Sorry not sure if this is the right forum. Initially tried to post on rangefinder forum but it did not work.

Many thanks,
Kingston
