1. Just an update to my issue. I have purchased a pro SD adapter to find out that I was not fully unlocking my current adapter. I was not aware of the small locks on the sides of the adapter that when pressed will allow you to fully slide the adapter in the unlocked position. You can use a pro S adapter with a pro SD back. I wish I would have figured this out before my purchase, but now I don't have to worry about foam.
 2. That is the problem I have the Pro S adapter not the Pro SD adapter. My Mamiya Pro S body I purchased came with the Pro S adapter. So then am I correct in thinking I need the Pro SD adapter to attach the Pro SD film back to my current Pro S body?
 3.
I recently purchased a Mamiya RB67 Pro S body with the Pro S revolving back adapter that came with it. Keep in mind this is not the actual 120 back just the portion between the film back and the body that allows for rotating. After reading many forums I have seen people repeat over and over that all Mamiya RB67 backs are interchangeable so I purchased a Pro SD back so that I could avoid the cheap foam on the other models. After receiving the back in the mail I attempted to attach it to my current Pro S back, and it was too large to fit the Pro S revolving back adapter. I assume I will now need the Pro SD revolving back adapter to attach my Pro SD back to my Pro S body. Hopefully someone here has some insight on my problem and can verify that I am correct before I spend another $75 for a Pro SD revolving adapter that won't fit to my Pro S body.

 4.
I recently purchased a Mamiya RB67 Pro S with the Pro S revolving back. I later purchased a Pro SD 120 film back to go with it because it was mentioned everywhere that they are interchangeable. Come to find out my Pro SD film back will not fit onto my Pro S body. I assume you need the Pro SD revolving back as well to attach the Pro SD film back to it.
