1.
Hi,

I have just started expanding my porfolio to offering wedding photography maternity photography and in an attempt to do so, I've offered free photoshoots to bridal shops. They get to keep and use the photos of their wedding dresses being modelled and I get to use them as part of my portfolio.

My main concern is that these will be outdoor shoots, and there's always the possibility for the hem of the dress to become dirty. What, then, should I do about that? Who should be liable and what should be the agreement made before hand in case of dirt on the dress?

Thanks

Moderator Note: Business sign-off; irrelevant embedded business webpage link; and irrelevant image were removed.

Please note for future reference those three practices each contravene the Terms of Use and/or User Guidelines
