<p>I am sure the issue of copy right and who really owns the images have been asked here before, however this one is sorta articular to my situation.<br> I recently did a (free) shoot for some models who wanted to have some promo images of themselves. The shoot was a last minute night before type of gig so i did not have the chance to write up a contract. The concept and styles of the picture was that of the models and the images were only used for social media and not ever sold or made for revenue. I really like how the images turned out and i want to start a small company for my self printing some of my best work on caps or t-shirts which would eventually be sold. I was no paid for that shoot and i actually went out to rent gear to make it happen which would result in me putting in money.<br> My question here is do i have the right to do that or would i have to ask them for permission and have them sign a release forum. If so would i Just have them sign a release that i have the rights to the images or would i have to specify what i want to the with the images. The only reason i am asking this is because on the images you see their faces.</p>

<p>Hi,<br> Im photographing some hand bags for a client and i need to do them in different views some of which are showing the internals of the bags. Some of the bags don't stay open when placed that way and i was hoping that there was a solution for this.
