1.
Thanks so much for all the help. I went to grays of westminster in pimlico (an amazing shop if you are ever in london) and had a look at the nikon f3, f3hp and the fm. I ended up choosing the fm because it was quite a lot lighter and I don't think I would use the changeable prisms.

 2.
Thanks for all the replies! I would probably only want to use the long exposure for around half a minute so any of these would be fine. When the canon is not in aperture priority mode does the 30 second limit still apply? I have no need for interchangeable viewfinders so are there any others you would suggest?
Thanks again for all the help.

 3.
Hi,
I'm looking to buy a 35mm manual film camera, preferably with a light meter and the ability for long & multiple exposures, and don't know which ones would be good. The majority of film photography I have done so far is with a medium format holga, but I would like to learn how to change the aperture and focus more precisely. I've looked at the Leica R series, Leica M (although they would probably be too expensive), Pentax K1000, Canon Ae-1 and the Nikon F3 but I would really like to know which would be recommended.
Thanks!
