1. Hello, I'm looking into setting up a darkroom to print RA4 and am searching for a Durst Printo. I'm also open to other models :) Located in Miami, FL but happy to pay for shipping from anywhere.
 2.
Hello!
Long time lurker but first time poster here. I have a question regarding printing and paper types, I am trying to re-create a 70’s look, one that you would find on scanned pages of National Geographic magazines and other 70’s mags. I realize a big part of the look is the texture of the paper and the subsequent scan. I have purchased an R2000 Epson printer and now am wondering which paper would most closely resemble the look of the paper used in magazines 40 years ago. Would printing in the color darkroom produce similar results? I love grain and paper texture and would love to be able to find a type of paper that recreates that look. Here are 2 tumblr's that are full of examples: (Possibly NSFW) http://janeforest.tumblr.com http://endlessme.tumblr.com Love how creamy everything looks! Also feel free to chip in regarding other factors such as scanning, film type, color editing as well as other methods like silk screening, darkroom printing, old printing methods, etc... I'm all ears! Thank you so much, hope this isn’t an annoying question!
