1.
Yesterday I replaced the light seals on my Hasselblad 500cm A12 back, I thought everything went fine until I accidentally triggered the shutter while the dark-slide was still in the camera. Although everything still works and I can still take pictures fine (no more light leaks!) it's a useful feature to have to stop wasting frames. Anyone know what I could have done in the process of changing the light seals to break this feature?

 2.
Thanks for all the great responses. Totally forgot I submitted this question until today, always surprising to see so many useful answers. Think I'm going to look at replacing the light seals in my Hassy and see if that solves the light leak issue. Thank you once again!

 3.
In the first two images there is a white strip of light across the pictures, in the same place on both examples. (Just below the subjects nose in picture 2). For the second pair of images work your way up from the bottom left and you'll notice some sort of multi colored distortion.
I'm using an Epson V550, and I've scanned the negatives a couple of times to try and eliminate the scanning process as an issue.

 4.
Finally picked up a scanner and got to work scanning some negatives. A handful of my negatives appear to have a small light leak while others feature something I've not seem before. Examples below. Anyone have any ideas?

Light leak example.

http://imgur.com/7lwy3Fm
http://imgur.com/Zba8J4C

Whats this?

http://imgur.com/SFcwbb2
http://imgur.com/WauNckv

 5.
I recently purchased a Hasselblad 500cm and I'm looking for a good option regarding an ND filter. I shoot mostly portraiture and I'm used to shooting with cameras that have a max shutter of 1/4000 of a second, often allowing me to shoot close to wide open in even the brightest conditions. What's my best option to shoot at f2.8 while having a maximum of 1/500 of a second shutter speed? Should I be looking at a 10 stop filter or would that be too strong for portraits? Is there any method to convert exposure readings when using an ND filter? Sorry if this has been asked before, I searched the forums but couldn't find anything that answered my questions. I know nothing about using filters so any help is appreciated.
