1.
Thank for your responses. Yes solution is in exposure time, and it working good. It must be a little longer. I didn't read the entire user's manual of my flash carefully. I was lazy.
Now its easier ( in formula), in reality is still dificult. :(
shutter speed =number of flashes per frame/frecvency of flash
The rest is a lot of exercises, ideea, patience and a model. :)

 2.
Can anyone help me? Am I stupid or blind? I simply cannot realize why it don't wanna work. Both nikon official site support and d3100 manual say that those are compatible in this case :
https://support.nikonusa.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/886/~/d-slr-and-nikon-speedlight-compatibility------2nd table
https://www.manualowl.com/m/Nikon/D3100/Manual/116830?page=190------2nd table ,or pag 174
SB 28 in repeating flash mode , power set to 1/64 , 3-4 flash/frame, 4 Hz ( maybe other settings)
D3100 in M mode ,portrait, A,... lens manual or G series. Just one flash :(
What is wrong? what i must change ( not the flash -- sb800/900 is too expensive) :)
Any suggestion, experiences, ideea?
Thanks
