1.
I got the second set of pictures back. And yes, Matthew you are correct it was the scanner! Hopefully this will help any beginners out.

I'm still confused about the exposure part though as it was repetitive on the other rolls. You can see it in the two links I provided. Some pictures would expose perfectly while another picture taken in the same place would expose quite differently. This could be due to my playing with the ISO perhaps but not sure if I touched it as often as the pictures show.

 2.
Thank you for the response! Yup, I have the negatives and without a magnifier I don't see any streaks. Time will tell though as tomorrow I pick up the rest of the rolls and will find out the whole story. Think good thoughts!

 3.
Hi all,

Thank you for the responses. The link to the pictures are at the bottom of my post or you can click here:

/>
The streaks are unfortunately or fortunately at the same place in every color picture. Hopefully it's their scanner but then again the B&W's I had done had zero streaks.

 4.
Hello,
My first question on the boards Thank you for all that can help me out!
I just got a couple rolls of film back from my first shoot with my Canon AE-1 (only scan and process). One roll of color and one roll of B&W. One problem I noticed is white streaks on the scanned images they gave me from the colored roll. I called the place, because I dropped off three more rolls today, and explained I had white streaks and hopefully it was from the scan and not on the negative. Are these streaks caused from the person developing it or me? The odd thing is the streaks are in the same place on every color picture. It is good to note: The B&W images have zero streaks.

My second question is if you look at the two pictures. On one, the picture's colors look great while the other looks like the ISO changed or something. What's the diagnosis on that? Thank you! I'm of course more concerned about the white streaks but the second question will help on my next shoot.
/>
