Specially the lighting!

Nice mixture of colours, textures and shapes. Well enhanced with PS.

I place the sun almost behind her and shot. I like the hale effect
produced on her hair. Please comment!

I'm curious about the lighting and the shutter speed and aperture. I'd have prefer the subject to be placed a little bit more to the right to give a sensation of depthness and let her "breath". You should have left her some "space to look" at the left side. Very nice effect though.

...but it'd be nice if we could see the guy as well...

Gorgeous colours! what can i say?...

I agree with the former comment. Espontaneous, sharp, you capture the feeling of the moment. I like the picture a lot.

This picture was taken this past July in Bergen (Norway) during the
Cutty Sark Ship Race. I'd like to know what do you think about the
framing. I think a circular polarizer was used. Thanks
-
I agree both with Ken Kramer and Tristan Tom. It gives a "voyeur" view that is interesting, but on the other side, something should be in focus. Personally, I think the framing should have been better if done from a completely frontal position (it seems the camera is not parallel to the window). However I find it so great the fact that the result is still great considering you used a self timer!

I used a small aperture and 28mm to achieve depth of field. What do
you think about the result? Thanks for your coments.

It's a cropped version of the original.

Don't ask me why but it's my favourite picture.

The contrast is amazing. I can almost feel the electricity in the air!

Critics (good or bad) are really welcomed! Thanks.

I don't just find it another macro picture...Nice framing and composition! I really like it.
-
I like the misty atmosphere a lot. However the upper left part (which is more lightened) is distracting to me.
-
Under my modest point of view, I find quite diffcult to accept the water colour reflections if any digital enhancement was applied. Correct me please, if that was not a photoshop work. Anyway the final result is quite positive.

What do you think about the composition?
-
one of the best sunset/sunrise pictures ever seen in photo.net

Did you edit the image digitally? If the answer is yes, good job. If you didn't, God! I wish I was there with your camera, film and had the same concept of composition as you did!

I agree with Dick in the fact that the pegs are not so focused as I'd have desired.
