I love the texture and tonal range you get with bromoil. I wonder how a shot like this would look as an ambrotype or tintype.

I love the lighting here. Excellent work Critter

Oh I love this shot Critter. Definitely a very cool pic here.
-
Very nice shot. I love the geometry in this image

The eyes...They tell volumes. Very good.

Dave,
I love this. The high key lighting makes it all so good.
-
Very beautiful.

Good shot. I've seen a shot similar to this in a photo technique book I have, but somehow this is far better composed. The tracks are what really draw and guide my eyes in this.

Very good image. This one jumped out of your portfolio here right at me. I love the flow of the curve juxtaposed againts the rigity of the office building. This is really a very "sexy" Architectural shot. If I owned that building I'd want this as a cover for a brochure to entice propective occupants. Top notch.

I love this image.

I like the POV used in the photo. A brighter shade of makeup could create a stronger photo here by creating a sort of irony in the image.
-
Excellent use of color here. Seems almost like a dream stepping out of the void.

Man, what an emotional image. Kaye you continue to amaze me at every turn.
-
Marcus that sounds like a real cool trick! Almost like a poor man's Polaroid Transfer. You have a point as far as the old carbon print look, maybe a nice experiment would be to make a digital neg and try some alternative processes (cyanotype, bromoil or platinum may make interesting versions of this image).

Another way to achieve high contrast would be to shoot something like Kodak HCS. That will give you very high contrast.
-
-
The contrast could be a little higher. The blacks seem flat, but it could just be the scan.
Interesting that you shot Tech Pan at that speed. I shoot it at ASA 200 myself, but process in TMax.
-
Nice3 environmental shot here. I like the way you capture the story here.

I'm a sucker for shots like this. The POV is what always draws me in in shots like this.

A little more conservative than the other shots in your portfolio, but still a good shot.
