<p>I use Canon Photo Professional regularly to change the sizing of my images. Usually for web - it is the quickest way I can change a 350 DPI image to 100 DPI (at 4x6). I then post these images online...</p>
<p>Today I ran into a problem I have never had before. I went to select my images (actually images from my daughter's camera) and I can't see them! I put them through Lightroom first like I usually do, but this time both her images and mine are not showing up. In Canon Photo Professional they just appear as grey boxes with an X through them. I tried closing the program down and restarting it, but no luck. I also tried a different folder, and those images show up perfectly fine.</p>
<p>Has anyone else had this issue? Any solutions?</p>
