  3. <p>wow, thank you to everyone. im really grateful for the informative responses. my purpose isnt to sell the photos, so i don't need to have it across the subject area. Its more as Ellias stated, for identification and contact. <br> What I'm looking for is some standards. I know it will vary, but like in writing there's the Chicago manual of style that sets the standards, do we have something like this for photography? Or some professional resource?<br> I wish to know suggested size of the watermark, placement, copyright symbol, all lower case etc. I'm sure it will vary depending on various people, but there should be some professional opinion or guildelines in this matter.<br> p.s.
