1.
Thank you so much, I know i seem like i have no idea what im doing, and i dont to an extant.
I just love to shoot like almost everyone that owns and keeps buying cameras. This is just my first out of town trip that involves a month of traveling around, so as you can see, i want to bring everything i have.

I'm really wanting to Take that home with what you said, i feel if i did take the mamiya would be more in the way than i think. i love it for landscapes, and when i ask friends or family for their portrait with the 110mm, the results of that 6x7 format is super, & using fujiroids with it is another joy on its own.
I would also be worried that i might enjoy the shots taken with the beast & shooting the fujiroids, but the beating it might take on the road compared to the 124G & the fuji. Those two are small enough to keep in my think tank retro.5 together perfectly, plus some film & batteries.
I would really love to grab the wide conversion for the fuji, but i really am loving what i get from film now-a-days, i just started C4-1 at home so thats maybe part of it.
I think im just going to get over whatever im stuck on, and spend the money on film & maybe $100 for a canon ae-1 with a 28mm, i wish the ql17 had a wider lens.

So this is what i have in my head now :X100s, Yashica 124g, Canon AE-1/28mm 2.8. Or i could just jump on the 28mm converter for fuji. & im still for some reason wanting to bring the RZ, Maybe i would mainly shoot the fujiroids with it anyways.

Thanks so much for writing back, means a lot.

 2.
Sorry. If someone of some higher power wants to remove those, go for it, ill try to right now.

Didnt know it wasnt okay.

 3.
Hello to everyone.
Just to go ahead before people get annoyed, i do my research im just wanting feed back because im headed out the door on a trip this 20th, & i fear either im having some bad GAS or wondering if there is some logic in my head.

Im heading out with 8 friends, between them is 2 bands, & its a month traveling to place to place.
What im bringing: the Yashica Mat124G, X100S, mamiya rz67with a 110mm 2.8.
& im wanting to add a film rangefinder or slr with a 28mm. im going to be pushing to between 800 & 3200 for my film at venues, which makes me want to find something that can handle that in camera metering.

So more or less im just looking for something small & quite, would love to save the money & just go for a canon AE-1 with a 28mm, but i really want something that isnt in the way, i have an issue being someone that comes along with a flapping shutter noise. if i used the mamiya it would be at shows while live music.
I want to save the money since im already spending 150+ on film, but i really like the idea of this G1 with the 28mm, seems like what i am after.
Any thoughts on this set up i have going?

 4.
Ill check those out! I just remember i have an old quantaray qb-350a laying around somewhere, do you think that'l work like the sunpak or metz?

 5.
Thanks much C Watson!!!!

So would recommend not firing this off the way i have it, & getting some of the cheap radio triggers ive been looking at, or do you think i'm safe using this for now?

I couldn't find anything in the manual. ill keeping looking though.

 6.
Looking for a yes or no answer for this.

Was wondering if this would do any harm to anything? this cord fit on my canon and fits on my x100s, but i just wanted to see if anyone has had a explosion or in general bricked there RZ from using this kinda set up. Im about to try it out, but thought i should see if anyone knows

https://www.flickr.com/photos/satchmolouie/15665734084/
there is one of the bottom of the cord where i would connect it to the mamiya, which fits, but is a little hard to get on the hot-shoe because the little connectors or whatever didn't push down easily when sliding on, but it does fit correctly, i just had to push them down when sliding in.
