  1. <p>Hi, can anybody tells me how to get such hard shadows on products...   3. <p>I need studio lighting for a product shoot and want also to catch the hot flame of a gas burner.<br> Can anyone tell me how this can be realized... You can image that with flashes coming form the side you cannot see the flame on the picture... </p> <p>I can capture the flame when i use a long exposre witout a flash under dark conditions.<br /><br />Are pictures with such a hot flame always added after the shoot in the postproduction ?</p> <p>best michael </p> <p> </p>
  4. thank you very much for your suggestions and tipps. with this information i will try to find the right setup. i don't really want to copy the style of mr kander. during those experiments i always learn a lot of lighting. but i always need a goal to get motvation. in this case i am trying to achive a special lighting-look. (the most difficult part is always to get a connection to the person in front of the camera....)

  7. thank you. i have forget to mention that i'm not looking for free articles. those tutorials should have high quality in terms of photographic explanation. also online training courses should be great......by the way i bought the pro series form karl.....the dvds are great !
