1.
Edward Woods,
So it will be better if I have a 5542 for the tripod and z2 or (Arc Swiss Monoball Z1 sp) for the ball head. I was suggested a Wimberley WH-200 Gimbal Tripod Head II but was wondering whether it will come in my suitcase while traveling so was considering the options. Z2 seems a good option. And what do u say about about Sachtler FSB 8 ?
Thanks

 2.
I am to support my Canon 1DX + EF 600mm f4 + 1.4x TC. Its just that I want it lighter as it will be difficult carrying all these equipments as I have to walk around long distance in search of the animals and birds. I preferred ball head to sidekick as I want to pack all these into my luggage while traveling by air. And of course there are also limits of baggage u can carry without paying the extra baggage fees.
Thanks.

 3.
Wish me luck, I now have Canon 1DX and Canon EF 600mm f/4L IS USM and my prime interest is mostly Birds. I went for a 5 day photography tour but from the beginning of the 3rd day onwards, I could not even lift my camera and lenses. And with this lens there is no flexibility when the subject is nearer and it becomes difficult to compose the subject. So I was just thinking whether I should sell this 600mm and get a EF 200-400mm f/4L IS USM Extender 1.4X ?
Thanks

 4.
I am serious hobbyist/enthusiast and recently started doing wildlife and birding apart from the landscape and street photography which I have been doing. I presently use a 5D Mark III and bought a 600mm too but was just considering whether I should upgrade to 1DX and use my 5D Mark III for landscape and street photography.
Please advise.

 5.
I am presently using 5D MK III, 17-40, 70-200(2.8), 180(macro), 600(f4). I mostly shoot landscape, wildlife and birds. But I am having difficulty shooting bird in flight as 600mm is too heavy. I was thinking whether I should buy a 1DX and 400 (5.6). I can shoot BIF with it and other wildlife/birds with 600mm and used the 5D Mark III for landscapes. Please suggest.
